Here's how to delete your Facebook page permanently:

1. Open the Facebook app & tap on the profile photo at the top right corner.
2. Tap on the down-facing arrow or options icon beside your profile name.
3. You'll see a list of pages and profiles. Tap on the Facebook page that you want to delete.
4. Again, tap on the page photo at the top right corner.
5. Tap on the settings icon at the top.
6. Scroll down and look for a section called "Access and control". Tap on it.
7. Tap on Deactivation and deletion.
8. Select the Delete Page option.
9. Tap on Continue.
10. Save your page data if needed and then tap on Continue.
11. Enter the password and tap on Continue.
12. Tap on Continue again.
13. Finally tap on Delete Page.
