I have a Arris SB8200 and I'm going to show you how to troubleshoot your modem and see if your ISP is lying to you about your connectivity. If your internet connection is slow or you experience slowness and want to fix your connection I will show you how to read the signals of a modem to help identify the problem so that you know if you are having a modem issue or if you need to have your ISP adjust your signals to fix slow internet speeds or internet disconnects every few minutes or internet drops at certain times.

Having this information could be the difference between having your ISP come out and fixing your issue when it is their problem or telling you that everything is fine and to live with it. Depending on which model do you have a have to search for a particular model number such as Netgear cable signal levels and include your model number in the search for the most accurate documentation.
